Max has had considerable involvement with the literary world. While engaged in writing his cookbook and entertainment book, Max was asked by television therapist Dr. Grace Cornish to publish his image and quote for her (now, best seller) book, titled, “The Sacred Bond”. Max was also contacted by Al Roker to be part of his book “BIG SHOES”. Max’s 2 hour interview for the book was described as “one of the best additions to the book”.
Max collaborated with Eduardo Xol from ABC’s “Extreme Make Over Home Edition” to be a part of Eduardo’s entertainment book that features a table setting designed by Max. Recognized with yet another title, interior designer, Max has decided to do a Lifestyle/Entertainment/Recipe Book featuring his memories, design work and dinner parties from the Villa.
Max currently has an Oscar’s Delmonico collection of cookbooks, sauces and home wear in the works. As well as a restaurant group Delmonico LLC™ that was created by Max and his sister, Nicoletta. The group is researching the possibilities of branding and opening a junior version of his “Nono Oscar’s” famed restaurant Delmonicos.
Max has nearly completed his ‘Bachelors Cookbook’. A deal he signed to be published with Dystel and Goderich Literary Management.
Max As Seen On: What’s Cooking MTV, VH1, MTVE, WB, UPN9, Metro, Ch. 12, FoxLife Europe and The Style Channel. Shortly after mastering the art of cooking, Max received a phone call from a celebrity stylist, and was asked to become a part of Television History. Max appeared as a Lifestyle/Fashion expert on the UPN’s first season of “America’s Next Top Model with Tyra Banks”. Now holding the title “On-Air Talent” under his belt, he reappeared on America’s Next Top Model for the third season. Max was also featured on WB as a guest model for the WB morning show. The accomplished chef, Max can be seen on the cooking show entitled “What’s Cooking”. When Max is featured, it gets rave reviews. Max has shot his first pilot for his Production Company WILD LILY PRODUCTION’S™ the show titled “REAL COOKING”.
